Greg did an amazing job helping me buy a condo. Based on my preferences he sent me a substantial list of properties from the relevant zip codes, and seemed to know what was going on in most of the buildings from the get go, including which ones might be better avoided because of ongoing or upcoming fee assessments. His responses were always very timely. And he suggested a bid price that saved me a significant amount off the list price but was still accepted.
